internet since 2004. We are a Limited company which is similar to an Incorporated business in

the US. We operate Worldwide and we are one of the most popular lingerie stores on the web.

telephoning you may find the answer service is on. We use the latest technology to convert

voicemails to emails so we may reply by email and it is advisable for customers to leave both

your name and email address together with your message.

Is my privacy respected?

Yes, we collect only the information necessary to process your order and let you know the

status of your order. We will never pass any information about our customers to anyone else.

Furthermore, all lingerie and nightwear is mailed in plain postal boxes.

Is it safe to provide my personal email address?

Yes, we take pride in being a spam free business and we do not contact our customers about

special offers or operate any type of email marketing. Furthermore, we will not pass on your

email address to anyone else. You will only receive emails from us about your order.

Are my credit card or debit card details safe?

Yes, we use Lloyds Cardnet and Protx (now called "SagePay") to process our customer card
payments. This is completely automated and we are never made aware of customers personal credit

Which Countries can I order from?

We can ship lingerie and nightwear worldwide to 188 Countries. We have existing customers in

more than 65 Countries and the list is growing. We send lingerie every week to European Union

Countries, USA, Canada and Australia, etc.

How do I know if a garment is in stock?

On each product page you will find details of what we have in stock by clicking on the 'size'

drop down box. This information is updated several times each day and is 99.9% accurate.

How do I know which size to order?

We include a size chart on every garment page. Every lingerie manufacturer's sizes are slightly

different so we have a unique size chart for every manufacturer which includes UK, US and

European sizes.

When will you ship my order?

Over 95% of all orders are shipped within 2 working days and most of these are shipped the same

day or next working day.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

We will email you the day your order is dispatched to let you know it's on it's way.

When will I receive my order?

All lingerie and nightwear is shipped first class by Royal Mail with 'signed for' delivery. UK

customers should expect delivery the next working day after posting, overseas customers should

expect delivery within 3 to 7 working days. Please see our shipping page for current postal

rates.

I have a problem ordering at the checkout?

This is a dynamic website which uses the latest shopping cart technology and it's designed to

work with the latest browser versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox, etc. We are aware of a

small number of problems with customers using older versions of Internet Explorer (MSIE 6 or

older) and with the BT Yahoo browser. The most common problem is the shopping cart resetting

itself and loosing inputted data. We recommend that customers upgrade to the latest browser

software which usually only takes 10 minutes to download on the Internet.

Can I pay in Euros or US Dollars?

Prices may be shown in your currency; however, at the checkout you will be billed in Sterling

(British Pounds) and your credit card company or bank will apply an appropriate exchange rate

to your own currency.

My purchase is a gift, can I have it wrapped?
